Zia is out of our winning "Z" litter - Zaphira, Zoetrope, Zydeco and
Zeitgeist. At the 2002 Canadian National Specialty, Zia won Best in
Sweepstakes under breeder judge Dana Wellock and from the 9-12 class won
Winners Bitch, Best of Winners and Best
of Breed under New Zealand breeder judge Beryl Russell!
That was the only time she was shown in Canada. Ms. Russell said
she gave our Zia these wonderful wins because she was the best moving
entry in the National. Thank you Ms Russell and Ms Wellock.

Zia was leased to Carolyn Huff for her
first litter and produced Ch. Windshyre's Blue Eclipse and Windshyre's
Winter Shadows. And leased to our friend Casstinna Hansen she produced our
winning "J" girls - Jolene, Julianna and Janel. |

"Z" Litter noteables:
Zoetrope won Best Opposite in Sweeps at the 2002 Cardigan Welsh
Corgi Club of Southern California Specialty and produced Ch. Afara Don't
Ask Don't Tell, Ch. Afara Don't Go There, Ch. Afara Frost Dragon, and our
beautiful Ch. Afara Incandescent.
Zeitgeist won RWD at the 2002 Canadian National and a Puppy Group I
at the Seattle Kennel Club on the way to his championship.
Zydeco won Best in Sweepstakes at the 2002 Cardigan Welsh Corgi
Club of Southern California Specialty and is now a top-winning Agility
competitor for owner Nancy Wheeler.
